During the project a series of results are expected, which can have a stand alone or complementary character, regarding the overall aim. Through the communication, collection and analysis of users -journalists needs, the technical and educational partners will create and develop a series of off/on line services, products and applications:

electronic-educational library of ICT applications,

user friendly multimedia educational programs (self-paced multimedia content training packages),
-
demo room for the presentation and updating on state of the art systems and equipment,

electronic laboratory for international collaborative work and co-productions,
-
science and technology agenda on subjects of interest,
-
provision of free of charge electronic mail,
-
periodical publication - editorial news on technological and professional subjects,

special educational application ‘mobile office and paperless reportage’, electronic editing/publishing,
and finally interconnection with research and innovation, centres All the applications will be incorporated in an Internet based platform, the content will be digital-audiovisual, the interface user-friendly while the educational methods (distance training) will be simplified. Access will be allowed to all registered members of journalists unions and institutions, as well as to selected institutes of information and communications technology. In order to guarantee the widest possible dissemination, the overlying information and the educational content will be supplied in four languages (English, French, Greek, Spanish). With the completion of the first year’s works, and after the completion of the users needs analyses, the website will be made public and progressively will be supplied with informative and educational material. At the beginning of the third year, with the involvement of journalists, the pilot application of the completed educational modules and the evaluation of the system will begin.
