• The development of collaborations and co-production between distant journalists-authors, with the use of modern technologies of information technology and communications;
  
• The training of the interested parties in the use of special technological tools and techniques, to the extent that it concerns the nature of their work;
• The possibility of competencies development, especially those of distant users (regional-provincial type);
  
• The collection of information, assessment, and standardization of competencies and technical skills of professional journalists «without borders», including also linguistic skills (incorporation of methodologies and tools of linguistic-professional education);
  
• The direct interconnection with centres of knowledge and know-how production in MEDIA (Universities, organisations, centres of documentation);
  
• The encouragement of growth of multiple possibilities via the use of technological applications (growth of editorial activity, exchange of information, etc);
  
• The adaptation of special categories of journalism in the needs of electronic Mass Media;
  
• The interconnection of users themselves and the encouragement of collaboration for the collaborative production of work, especially in the international Reportage;
  
• The growth of strategies and confrontation mechanisms for the fight against the exclusion from the job market and the support of right of access in the continuing training.
