The main motivation for the development, the promotion and the support of the present project, arises from the need for development of new skills for reporters, journalists and researchers and their subsequent adaptation to their new environment which is continuously changing through the introduction of IC technologies.

The work has been organised according to 6 inter-connected Work Packegaes:

• Wp1: definition of users’ requirements and functional standards
• Wp2: collection of the material- system design
• Wp3: system development
• Wp4: prototypes’ linkage and system completion
• Wp5: pilot application and evaluation
• Wp6: dissemination and commercial exploitation of the project
