The project has been organised in 3 different stages to attain the objectives set out in point 1.3:
- Phase A: Review and analysis activities (Methodological approach and review of policy, bodies, literature and examples…),

This will lead to the design of the model and the development of the practical tools for creation, organisation and evaluation (WP 3) and to:
- Validate the Model (WP4) in, at least, 40 real experiences of Partnerships in European and National contexts, interviewing relevant actors (5 per experience).
- Activate a Stakeholders’ community (WP5) in which policy makers and practitioners will validate the model through the establishment of Regional Round tables following a focus group approach and will lead to:
- The development of the guidelines including recommendations for policy makers and practitioners (WP6).
This will provide the necessary knowledge base developed within the project to be disseminated (WP7) in the direction of the research community, the LLL policy making structures through a wide range of events. All these activities will be accompanied by an overall management (WP9) and evaluation system (WP8) that will monitor the project and watch over to accomplish the aims and objectives stated in this proposal.
