The work packages are:

· WP 1: Management. This covers the development of an administrative and management basis in the beginning of the project (contract, communication structure, etc.) as well as the continuous management during the project (reporting to the Commission, communication, etc).

· WP 2: Methodology development. Since there are seven months between application of the proposal and the potential start of the project, eventual changes in the work plan following requests of the EC must be considered and an actually project enable an in-depth discussion than the discussion process during the preparation of the proposal, a revision of the overall methodology is foreseen for the first months of the project, which might result in slight changes in the work plan.

· WP 3: Curriculum development. Based on desk research, discussions amongst the partners and with representative institutions of potential users groups a final curriculum will be drafted.

· WP 4: Course development. FIM and CCLL as the partners with the strongest scientific background will first develop a text basis which covers all issues of the curriculum. In a second step this basis will developed for a concept and material for the blended learning course and the e-learning course. Two groups will work either on the one or the other (see graphic), but will collaborate closely in order to avoid parallel developments.

WP 5: Blended learning. The adult training centres in the partner countries will conduct the cours(es).

· WP 6: E-learning course. The e-learning course will be offered with an open access (no restrictions concerning pre-qualification, starting point or length). FIM will be particularly in charge for the elearning systems (learning platform, communication with learners), supported by STPKL and Scienter.

· WP 7: Evaluation. This work package will be lead by Scienter.

· WP 8: Dissemination and Valorisation. This work package will be lead by FIM.
