- To develop a report on the new professional profiles related to the development of multimedia contents and on the training needs for the multimedia sector in this field, based on the analysis of the current situation in the sector, the future tendencies and the current training offered.
- To design a homogenous training plan, with its corresponding training materials and modules, including a distance learning system. This plan permits to be adapted to the peculiarities of each region.
- To launcvh a platform for exchange of experiences and information with the objective to support, create awareness and inform the actors of the audio-visual sector, the reponsibles for policies in this field, as well as the reponsibles for training on the need for a well-trained human capital, with the objective to create a strong audio-visual sector fro the development of multimedia content.
- To designb multimedia support tools for training and information: CD-ROM.
- To launch seminars and conferences with the objective to create awareness and inform.
- To disseminate the project though a web page, a project newsletter and an information leaflet.
- To publish the results of the project.
